Forest Management

Forest Management Forest management is based on the establishment, management, protection, and harvesting of forest plantations, within a framework of respect and harmony with the natural and social environment, through compliance with stringent international standards of environmental respect, social justice, and economic viability.

In our case, forest management is primarily focused on poplar, a species that provides us with high-quality, debarked roundwood in sufficient quantity to supply raw materials to our industrial plants that manufacture products for Woodable.
Poplar has been selected for our industrial process mainly for the qualities of its wood, including its white color, non-resinous nature, rapid growth, and short rotation.
